Prestige Travel has put together several vacations for me. And they have all been wonderful! Julie did an awesome with the last one. She was a joy to work with, prompt with any questions we had and just very enthusiastic. Highly recommend them!
Below are a couple photos of a fantastic trip to Como Italy and Arles France (where Van Gogh created many of his masterpieces) . Prestige Travel is amazing! Every experience of this trip (and many others) was perfect.
We worked with Linda Gartner for a trip to Switzerland and Italy. She assured us she specialized in those countries. We were charged $150 for her services and all she did was quote us prices from other travel companies like Kensington Tours which was very expensive (and something we could have done ourselves). She would not break down the pricing so we were unable to eliminate tours to get the price down. After several weeks of frustration we ended up booking our entire 2 week trip ourselves. When we asked for recommendations we were told she didn't do that. Prestige booked our fight tickets (which I found and gave them the exact dates, airlines and seats) and we had to pay an additional fee for the use of a travel agent to the airlines. Plan it yourself, go to a different travel agent or call Tauck, Kensington or another tour company on your own and they would give you exactly what we paid $150 for. Don't waste your time and money!
Excellent experience with Prestige! We have been clients since 2014 and have booked numerous trips. They are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We always feel more comfortable traveling internationally knowing we have the support of an agent back home to help if problems arise. We especially thank Robin for everything she has done for us to assure we have wonderful travels.
Our experience with Mary at Prestige has been excellent. We had many questions about our planned Viking cruise, and Mary answered them all. She provided many tips on what to purchase such as insurance, excursions, etc, and helped us to book the best air fares and hotel prior to the cruise. I would recommend Mary to anyone looking for a good travel experience!
