Yummy cake here! Super moist and flavorful. Great customer service! I only wish they allowed you inside. Seeing as to I do alot of reviews and I oftentimes review atmosphere of establishments. Would have loved to take pics of the display as well. I was only able to take a pic of my slices once I got home...
I viaited the location in downtown Raleigh at the history museum with my family, and we will definitely be returning. The location was spotless and easy to find, the staff were kind and understanding while I ordered with a tired toddler, and the food was absolutely delicious. I think these might be the best fries in Raleigh! I also think it’s wonderful that there is good quality food at a very competitive price point in such a busy area of Raleigh, and I really appreciate how it is all cooked to order. This very much deserves to be better known and I will be recommending it to anyone in Raleigh who needs a quick bite with their family.
We LOVVVVVE Premier Cakes and highly recommend. My favorite is the Old Fashioned Yellow Cake w/ chocolate icing and the Italian Cream Cake...it's the best in town. Their cakes are light and fluffy, which we like. I removed a star because their business hours are extremely confined and they are often sold out of our favorite slices by 3pm. Because of this, we try other flavors and they're just as good too.
I love this place. The cake has that truly homemade taste, not just a bunch of sugar. The strawberry cake is my favorite: moist, 3 layers, with just enough frosting. I had been back here several times, and it was delicious every time, so we ended up ordering several cakes from here for my wedding. It worked out great...we just got the plain ones, put them on some cake stands and put cake toppers on one of them. Our guests (and us!) loved them and some said it was the best wedding cake they ever had.
Best cake slice I've had in Raleigh! My husband and I tried their cake for the first time and was blown away. The vanilla is spot on...chocolate and lemon is also good. Listen if you are craving something sweet, please go there. We will be returning sooner than later!
