The arrangement I ordered to be sent for a sympathy occasion was absolutely beautiful and beyond expectations. We were beyond impressed by the fresh, gorgeous flowers and their tasteful design. Beyond expectations. Ordered in the evening, delivered the following afternoon.
First time placing an order with this Florist and my experience was less than good. Placed an order on 2/5/2020, received my confirmation (on 2/5/2020) of order received for delivery on 2/6/2020. This was a bouquet for my sister's promotion at her employment. It's after 2pm on 2/6/2020 day of delivery, and I attempt to call the florist, and the phone is disconnected. So I attempted to see if they were listed on FB, they were so I instant message them. I provide them with my order number, and the response in the instant message was, they never received my order....interesting because I received an email confirmation from you saying it's been received. So the person I was corresponding with said they would "check the system." Right...so I wait.... and no response via IM and I send another message asking if they "checked the system." Next response was an email from them stating my order was cancelled and their shop was closed due to "inclement weather." It's raining, not snowing people. And in addition, as a business owner it is YOUR responsibility to call your clients/customers and have the courtesy to tell them you cannot fulfill their order they placed the day before for ANY reason. Who and what kind of business are you running. If I would of not followed-up with them like I did, I would have never heard from them all day nor would my sister have received her flowers... oh but she did, I called another upscale reputable florist the same day and they can deliver my sister her beautiful bouquet for her. This made me happy AS her promotion has been an important part of her career and I wanted to ensure she felt the LOVE from her sister. Thank you to the OTHER Florist for the amazing customer service and fabulous bouquet my sister received today.
UPDATE: Management called and asked to make it right. Today I received a phone call, a text, and a new arrangement hand delivered. It was much prettier. ————— Today I returned home to find flowers sent from my sister. Stuffed in the planter on my front porch. Tied in paper and no water or vase in 92 degree weather. They looked wilted (of course) and nothing like the description on the card. The card had my phone number listed on it, but no one called me. Very disappointing.
I Ordered some flowers in October. I never received them and I haven’t been reimbursed. the address on the website is wrong and they never answer the phone this company is a scam
