Great Food!! Great Service!! Great business!!! We used all the services (catering, charcuterie & bartender) for our Graduation Brunch party. We had chicken & waffles, quiches, mini biscuits, avocado crab toast, candied bacon, chicken salad crustinis, pulled pork sliders, impossible burgers skewers, fruit, yogurt parfaits, deviled eggs, shrimp & grits, charcuterie cones, cocktails sandwiches, lemonade, tea, water, mimosas & Bellinis. The food was fresh & abundant! My guests raved over the food. Top tier presentation & execution. The chef & staff were kind, delightful & yet professional. Bruce & Tiana, Well Done!!!
Bruce and his team catered for our wedding and it was the talk of the town. Our guest talked about the menu, desserts and to go taco bar for weeks after the wedding! The serving team was on point and made sure all cups and stomachs were full. Bruce and his team worked and communicated well with my other vendors to make sure everything we got the most amazing day! If you need a caterer who will make your vison come to life you MUST reach out On Board. We sure will be for our next event!
I’ve ordered several charcuterie boards from On Board Char and each one has been delicious and beautifully crafted. Tiana is an expert at selecting pairings that complement each other and I love that she uses only the highest quality local ingredients. I’ve recommended On Board Char to friends and family and am happy to continue to refer her to anyone that enjoys decadent charcuterie. This is the best charcuterie in Raleigh by leaps and bounds!
On Board Charcuterie & Catering represented a high level of customer service! From the beginning of me ordering my board to them responding to all my queries. They responded clear and were detailed enough for me to choose an amazing board! My board was nothing short of delectable and was the highlight of my event.
The wedding catering from On Board Catering was spectacular. Bruce and his team handled everything with grace, efficiency and stunning deliciousness. Multiple guests told us that “this is the first wedding that they attended where guests wanted to get seconds.” We also used their bartending staff, who again were wonderful, and kept everyone well taken care of. We strongly recommend that everyone use On Board Catering for all their catering needs. You will not regret it!
