A great local salon. Owned and operated independently, the staff always makes their clients feel welcome and listen to their requests. A great place for men, women, and children to get their hair needs taken care of.
My girls and I always have a great experience at Mane Street Hair. The staff always makes sure we are happy with our services and go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. The atmosphere is inviting and you are always welcomed at the door. 10/10 recommend.
So this is a long review but I was in contact with a MUA in Culpeper to do my mom (mother of the groom) and my hair and makeup for my brother’s wedding. We had been coordinating with this person & everything seemed solid enough that we had booked with them so we drove about an hour & a half to meet. Based on the address online, we searched and searched walking around for about 45 min…left calls, voicemails, DMs, etc. Needless to say we never got anything back and we had a choice to either drive home or find something else in the area. I looked up a nearby salon (Mane Street) and we walked in praying they could maybe fit us in. Or at the very least get my mom’s done since I could do my own if I had to. Thankfully Corie was gracious to move her schedule around to FILL US BOTH IN!! If it wasn’t for her kindness and willingness to help us, we probably would have been scrambling, stressed and not in a good mood on a day we should be excited. Sam helped curl my hair and Corie did a fantastic job with my mom’s hair and both our makeup. She managed to do it so quick but it looked flawless. Thank you for your flexibility and amazing day of hair & makeup, Mane Street Salon! You turned our whole morning around and we ended up getting so many compliments!!!
