Sandy is very easy to work with for travel planning. She is personable, knowledgeable, responsive and professional. When planning our trip to Prague and the Danube River Cruise, she inquired about our sightseeing interests and made several suggestions. Sandy planned all of our sightseeing tours in advance. Her excursion planning was excellent and spot on for our interests and she even took into consideration our tolerance for walking. A few weeks before our trip she sent a travel packet with a complete trip itinerary, a suggested packing list, tipping guide and some fun facts about the countries we visited. Sandy's attention to our personal preferences and trip details made our trip most enjoyable and memorable.

We had an amazing experience using Sandy as our travel agent on our recent trip to Israel!! The entire experience from start to finish was so detail oriented. Sandy met with us to understand our interests and our travel style. Based on our feedback, she shared with us a recommended itinerary which was full of interesting and engaging travel plans and some extra surprise adventures too! We worked together to finalize our itinerary and it was so much fun! Sandy was detail-oriented, creative, easy to talk to and sensitive to our interests and goals for our trip. She made sure we were fully prepared to travel internationally, giving us advice on COVID protocols, and providing lots of information about Israel and what to expect. The special travel suitcase full of maps, travel info and Israeli goodies was the perfect sendoff. So wonderful and so appreciated! Also, during our trip, she was checking in to see how things were going and she collaborated with a local travel agent in Israel who was equally attentive. It truly was a seamless, amazing experience. We will definitely be using Sandy for all of our big travel adventures in the future! Thank you sooo much!!
