Donita is literally THE BEST! I used to see her in Chicago and was always more than satisfied every visit. Here in Charlotte, I am not surprised to be welcomed with the same great service! 1000/10 definitely recommend!!
My initial consultation with Donita was most beneficial and well worth the time. She thoroughly analyzed my hair's texture, type and what I wanted and gave professional advice that I felt completely confident with. On the day of my appointment, she delivered 100%+ with my color, haircut and style being exactly what I wanted. Par excellence! Her salon is aesthetically beautiful, very client centric with delightful refreshments and her styling techniques were customized right down to my facial features. Equally best was being the only client she worked on and not being Juggled simultaneously with several other clients. Awesome experience!!

I never thought that spending a few hours in a salon could be a form of self-care, but I was proven wrong! After winning a contest hosted by Donita through YELP, I was expecting the bare minimum, but I was pleasantly surprised. The moment I stepped into the salon, I was taken aback by the soft tones and golden accents. Not only that, but there was enough snacks, coffee, and even wine to host a small party! Donita's hands were so gentle when she touched my head, and I was especially relieved since I'm quite tender-headed and hadn't mentioned it to her. I could go on and on about my experience, but I'll spare you the details. Suffice it to say, this was the best salon experience I've ever had - I felt like I was in Beverly Hills!
