My great-aunt wanted to surprise my mom with a delivered arrangement for her 50th birthday. However, my aunt didn't know where to start, because she lived 2 hours away in SC. I found L&D on a whim (Google search) and described her work to my aunt...I called L&D on 3-way, my great-aunt described what she wanted and her price-point, and in about an hour, my mom was blown away! I also love how patient they were in calling me and waiting when my parents didn't answer the doorbell the first time, because they were eating breakfast! That is customer service at its finest! I am including a picture of the arrangement beside her cake! Thank you!!!
I wanted to get some flowers delivered to my mom's office Monday morning after Mother's day and wanted to do so from a place local to her. I live too far away to go in person so I used L & D's website to order a floral delivery. The checkout process was super easy and the arrangement that was delivered was perfect! It was delivered around 11am on the requested day, and all of the flowers looked brilliantly bright and beautiful. I'm so glad I have a flower shop I can trust in the Charlotte area. I will definitely get florals from here again!
Extremely pleased with the staff and owner, Lynn, for assisting me with ordering flowers and a snack basket for my aunt. I live in another State and was having a difficult time locating a florist near my relative so I called them directly. Lynn was so helpful in not only finding the perfect gift, she also took time for me to explain how important this basket & flowers would be from me with hopes to cheer up my aunt, who is recovering from cancer. L & D Flowers was so thoughtful. They stayed within my budget and promised to deliver my order in perfect timing. I highly recommend this florist for all of your unique designs and last-minute requests. Their professionalism is second to none.
The corsage that was made for my daughter for prom was perfect. These ladies delivered just what i asked for. My daughter will forever have this corsage.
Very rude, I came in and they did not even greet me. They take forever, and have a attitude. I’ll never do business with these ladies. Let me also add that another gentlemen came in after me and they greeted him first. They even messed up his order which was like $200. More people came in and they did not once greet them. I believe the grandmothers daughter, did not even look at me. What a very rude lady.
