Amazing soul food. Best in Greensboro! It's hard to find good soul food restaurant in gboro but when I tell you Ms. Kim cooks from the soul!! Her dishes literally make you want to cry. If you've been wanting a home cooked meal with all the FLAVORS you won't go wrong with any dish you choose here. Man I'm liable to order everything on the menu. Went here for a birthday dinner, she was closed but opened up for us. She treats you like family and I'll be back!!! New favorite soul food spot. Chicken, Mac, yams, pork chop, green beans, fish all amazingly prepared with perfection in flavor❤️
This is our go to place for good down home soul food. My wife and I drive 2 hours to dine at Kim's Kafe. The food is always prepared fresh, served hot, seasoned and always delicious. The service is also top notch. This is a hidden gem located in Greensboro, NC.
As soon as you walk through the door you can tell that the restaurant is filled with love. The owner is very welcoming and is seriously passionate about her craft and you can taste it in every bite. The environment is super clean and I can’t wait to dine in. We stumbled across her location while checking out restaurants in the area and I would say we struck pure gold. I recommend asking the owner about the story behind her business and when she tells you the importance of her cupcakes make sure you grab four or more….it’s not possible to just eat one, and don’t forget the surprise you get with the cupcakes….Phew!!!! I’m ready to go back as I speak, this is actually supposed to be a follow up review but this is actually my second visit in 3 days. If you’re still reading this and you’re not on your way…..Shame on you!!!! Kim’s Kafe is absolutely amazing!!!!! Hope you enjoy it just as much as I have!!!!!
I genuinely have never been so thankful to experience such a BLESSED woman and an ANOINTED meal! I was welcomed by the host and she was so pleasant to experience and when she brought the food out I knew that it was gonna be DELICIOUS, you can smell it through the DOOR!! It felt and tasted like grandma made it! BIG nice, hot, heavy plates made with love. I wouldn’t have soul food done any other way! RUN there don’t walk, We love KIMS KAFE 🩷🩷🩷 -Jazmin
This is the BEST soul food I’ve tasted! Everything was hot and ready and the lady was so sweet and even threw in a couple of sweet teas for the wait. The portions are really good too! Can eat on it all day or eat it all up! Will definitely be back soon.
