Working with Victoria made my wedding day PERFECT. Her and her team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was carried to plan. I had a day full of events and location changes. Victoria made sure our timeline allowed for everything we needed to accomplish. From the start of the planning phase she was very present in making sure all of our questions were answered. She was present at meetings and always stayed fully aware of our vision. Communication was never an issue, everything was handled promptly. If you are looking for a planner Victoria and her team will make sure your wedding is a day you will never forget.
Jewel of Ruby Events are the best party planners I know. Victoria and her assistants are true professionals. She coordinated my wife’s 50th birthday party seamlessly. She worked with all the vendors and ensured that each of them showed up on time. Victoria set up a classy but intimate decor for my party of over 120 guests. I couldn’t have asked for a better event planner! I look forward to working with her again and again! I have already recommended her to family and friends. Very satisfied!!
Vicky that’s her name. I don’t know where to start. Vicky was exceptional to us. She was very personal and professional. Very detailed about how things should be done. She went above and beyond. She fought for us and had a great time with us. I mean we are literally friends now because we created a relationship with her. We had an outside of country destination wedding so it’s not the regular wedding wedding. Destination wedding has so much more to it. She was able to work with all our vendors overseas to work together as a team. She made sure we weren’t cheated on our contacts. She is very good with communication and verifying. She was sister Soulja hahaha 😝. If you want someone that will make sure the check list is checked, get at Vicky! She made sure we were good good. She booked our newly wed dinner on the beach for us, shoot ain’t even know about that. She know about it because she read the contract. Yeah Vicky is dope!!!! We appreciate you sis!!! God bless!!
My Husband and I are so thankful to Jewel of Ruby Events because they truly made our wedding day perfect and wedding planning a breeze! Victoria is very detail oriented, professional, punctual and provided the best customer service. She has extensive knowledge about the wedding industry and I truly trusted her professional insight. Victoria helped us pick a florist, helped us narrow down a cohesive wedding design and coordinated our wedding day with all of our vendors. Her communication throughout the planning process was spot on! On our wedding day, our plan to have an outside ceremony had to change due to weather and Victoria and her team were able to pivot at the last minute and get everything squared away for us. Do yourself a favor and hire Jewel of Ruby Events! I recommend their services with high praises!
Victoria is amazing! We hired Victoria as our full service wedding planner eight months out from our wedding date. She's incredibly organized and detail oriented. She provided a list of recommended vendors - all of whom were amazing! She coordinated every vendor meeting, and came prepared with pertinent, personalized questions - based on our individual concerns (gathered through her excellent listening skills). Additionally, she thoroughly reviewed every contract and ensured that any caveats we wanted were included. Victoria expertly kept us on track when we were busy with work and life. Undoubtedly, her expertise made the entire process (day of, weeks & months) leading up to the wedding absolutely stress-free. Because of Victoria and her team's unquestionable aptitude - Lewis and I were able to be completely present, enjoy our day and focus on each other. Victoria absolutely has our highest recommendation!
