I had the BEST experience at Infinity Smiles! Getting the appointment booked was an easy process (thank you, Chiquita!), hospitality was top tier (I felt right at home!), & everyone was very knowledgable. No question went unanswered. Shout out to Dr. Brazile for all of her advice & skills as well. She made me feel very comfortable to speak with her about my concerns & I left more confident than I came in. Excited to continue my journey with this lovely office! :)
Dr. Brazile was amazing and eased my anxiety as I was having my two wisdom teeth removed! She explained the process and what to expect before we started. She was very knowledgeable. As for the dental assistant that was working beside her, I am not sure if she was new or not but seemed like she was still learning and she went along, I asked a few basic questions and she kept telling me “I don’t know or I’m not sure” but other than that the front office was amazing and very helpful! They had a “comfort menu” which I have never seen before, so I chose the sunglasses and neck pillow which helped a lot because sitting in the chair can be uncomfortable at times. The office is modern and beautiful inside!! Will def be back!
The staff here is AMAZING! The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and inviting when I walk in. Also, the dentists and dental assistants are kind and make sure you're comfortable for your visit. I had avoided going to a dentist for a long time, but because of the atmosphere and experience I had at Infinity Smiles, I will be staying on top of my regular visits and dental needs!
I had been calling around to several practices looking for an office that excepted my insurance. I was just about to give up when I called infinity smiles. I spoke with Jillian on the phone and she was so kind, compassionate and knowledgeable about the business. ( sometimes it’s such a breath of fresh air when really stressing over which offices excepts my insurance… just to speak with someone not just knowledgeable, but genuine and so kind )She ensured me that the doctors were incredible and that I would be in great hands. I can’t wait for my insurance to kick in next month so I can book my first appointment! Jillian also told me about all the amenities the office offers and I was blown away! Thank you infinity smiles!!
Had a lot of anxiety about finding a dentist and was recommended to come to Infinity Smiles! Gillian at the front desk offered me blankets and stress balls to ease my anxiety, and the dental hygienist was SO KIND. She eased all my worries I was having about my teeth. Dr. Brazile was so upfront and open bout the care I would need. Dr. Moorehead was so warm and had a great attitude while discussing a plan for the future of my dental needs. I will recommend them to EVERYONE.
