So thankful to have found this practice! I have been searching for a dentist that would align with our family— we have done so and so impressed with the friendly staff and beautiful location. I’m truly passionate about whole body health and how it important it is to take care of your mouth microbiome! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a holistic approach dental care !!
I absolutely love this office! It’s got a very homey and comfy vibe when you walk in. Everybody from Gina at the front desk to Jennifer and Jessica, the hygienist and dental assistant, are so sweet and caring. I feel very comfortable and know I’m well taken care of. Dr. Mensah takes his time and doesn’t rush. He answered all my questions and did a very thorough exam. I’m so happy I found this office when I moved here! Also, the dental products they carry are wonderful. I love the toothpaste and mouthwash. None of the yucky chemicals and my teeth feel so clean.
I love Dr. Mensah & his team! After avoiding dentists for 10 years since moving to Raleigh, I finally found a place where my concerns & holistic preferences are heard and respected. Integrative Holistic Dentistry offers excellent options for non-traditional dental work, and Dr. Mensah is knowledgeable, kind, and talented! I Highly recommend a visit, even if it's a drive from Raleigh! I’ve had my teeth cleaned several times, I even noticed a visible change in color. I’ve also had a crown, a few cavities filled & a night retainer fitted. All which I’ve been pleased with!
My first visit was a pleasure. I was immediately made to feel welcome and I was seen right on time. The technician who attended to me was very friendly, professional and helpful. The doctor was great as well, obviously extremely knowledgeable and I felt he had my best interest at heart. He arrived at a plan to take care of my needs and what it would cost in no time at all and made me feel comfortable in every way.
I highly recommend IHD!! Everyone is very kind, helpful and great at what they do! I receive excellent service every time I am here and they are always happy to answer any of my questions and make me feel at ease (I have had many bad experiences with other dentists so feeling safe and well cared for is a big deal to me!). I recently had dental surgery here and it went very well (and they gave me clear and simple post-op care instructions and materials), they were also kind enough to give me a call the next day to check that my healing is going well, and offer to answer any additional questions I might have had for that point in my healing process. If you are seeking high quality holistic dental care from people who actually care, IHD is the place for you!
