My experience with Holistic Dental was nothing short of FANTASTIC! I had to get multiple fillings and did not have insurance. Thankfully Holistic Dental offers an in-house plan that helps! Also the entire staff is wonderful! They sure know how to make you feel welcomed! They also are like one big family! You can't help but smile and hear the laughter from conversation with staff and patients! From the front desk, to the dental assistant, to the Dentist, I was treated with friendliness and kindness! I highly recommend!
After a horrendous experience and protesting every aspect of dentistry for a year, I searched high and low for a dentist that would not only take care of my dental health but also make me feel comfortable while providing a high quality service. Dr Nnadi’s Holistic Dental is all of that plus more! Her establishment is comfortable and quite inviting and her staff is not only professional but warm and quite friendly! Everyone I came in contact with not only matched my energy but had my sense of humor and that in itself was refreshing. Dr. Nnadi does well with selecting her staff and with that I would like to highlight one member in particular… Lu…Lu is by far one of the sweetest most professional most knowledgeable women I have ever encountered in the field of dentistry… I had been dealing with a few issues with my teeth and Lu went above and beyond to tell me exactly what was going on why it was going on and step by step corrective actions to take… she provided video for me to view that coupled with everything she was outlining.. I was given more than enough take home literature as well… all in all this place has my vote for the best dentistry in town ive already referred a few family members to this place which already have appointments booked and I personally cant wait for my next visit. Thank you to everyone for ensuring a great visit!!!
I had to come here and write this review. I live out of state and went to my personal dentist for my routine cleaning. Taking x-rays, I was told I had 6 cavities and needed a crown. I came to Charlotte to Dr. Nnadi because I know I can always trust her dental advice and care. After she took my x-rays, she let me know I only have 3 cavities and did not need a crown. The process was fast, seamless and totally pain free since she was using laser. No shots to numb. No drilling sensation. Needless to say, I was very thankful I came to Dr. Nnadi for a second opinion. Always premium service and she genuinely cares about her patients' dental health. Thank you Dr. Nnadi and staff. You're the best!!!
My first time here, great customer service, atmosphere, energy, and informative regarding what's needed and next steps to take. Lynn, Kaylyn and Dr Sharma were all so comforting and welcoming. I'll definitely be making this my dentist office! Thanks for a 1st great experience.
I suffer from dental phobia so going to the dentist has always been tough for me. What I love about this location is that they ask about your dental phobias and treat you with such great care! From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave you treated with kindness, respect and they make sure your comfort is their #1 priority.
