Tunnie was able to get us in last minute bc my daughter wanted her hair straightened (silk press) before school started. This was our first time here and we loved all the staff, very friendly. Even though my daughter had more hair than expected, Tunnie stayed late and took his time to finish, and didn't rush through. There was a price difference due to more product being needed, and that was communicated clearly at the beginning of the appointment. Fantastic results, she loves it and walked out with a huge smile feeling great about herself. The staff and other customers paid her lots of compliments on her hair color, which i think helped boost her confidence. Will definitely be coming back for her as well as myself!
Tunni was professional, courteous and pleasant to talk with. He washed and deep condition my hair and then gave me whirls of curls. It was truly a wonderful experience. Thanks Tunni 🤗
Tunnie is amazing! Took care of the health of my hair, and is very professional. I was a full-time student working two Jobs and had previous damage from hopping from stylist to stylist. Trying to find a stylist that actually would take the time to get know what my hair needs and didn’t just assume those needs because of how I looked. I really appreciate Tunnie and even though I no longer live in NC; I try to plan out some time to get my hair done by him and only him when I am in town.
Tun is such an awesome hair stylist and even better person! He does such a great job and I never leave disappointed. I always enjoy coming in to get my hair done & love the rapport he has with me and other clients! 10/10 recommend! Being someone with natural curly hair it’s always been hard finding someone I trust with my hair. Once I found Tun, I haven’t left!
Worked alongside Tunnie as leads for H/MU for NYFW. Not only have I heard amazing things about him and his work prior to meeting him but he exceeded every expectation I had! Tunnie has all the best qualities for someone in this position and the hair industry overall— excellent leadership skills, extensive knowledge of hair types/textures/styles, charming personality, willingness to listen, help and create solutions, and just going above and beyond. Watching him work magic on multiple models’ heads in the fastest paced environment ever while helping lead his team was nothing short of magical.
