Marlena is amazing!! She is friendly and knowledgeable. She talked me through everything she was doing and every product she used, which I really appreciated. My hair looks so good and feels so soft! I left very happy and will definitely be back.
My review is late, but I went to Marlena a little over a year ago following a salon mishap after the covid lockdown. She did an amazing job from start to finish (wash, deep condition, silk press, and cut), and I was only in the salon for a little over an hour. She was easy to talk to if I wanted to talk and the salon was neat and clean. My only regret was that I didn't go a little shorter with my cut, but she did a fantastic job! Had I not moved out of the state I would still be going to her.
My review is late, but i wanted to post this because it is well deserved. I went in about a week ago for a silk press. I’ve gotten silk presses at some places and they don’t last longer than 3 days. I’m already on day 8 and it’s intact. I loveeeed it so much, i have naturally curly hair and they treated it with love and knowledge. I loved all of the ladies that did my hair, they were very sweet and enthusiastic. If you are a curly girl, PLEASE COME HERE!! They know what they are doing. Again, thank you guys so much for all the love. I will be stepping back here if i need any other type of styling or treatment done. Much love, -Brittany Mendez
I have found my new home for the tresses!!! Marlena is absolutely fabulous. She greeted me with a huge smile and knew exactly who I was. Very personable and had a smile that is infectious and a genuine spirit. My hair looked fantastic... Felt healthy and the cut was spot on. She educates you on your hair and the use of good product but NEVER pushy or intimidating. She definitely loves her customers and believes in healthy hair at all times. I can't wait for my next appt. Excellent! I've been going to Flash and Flare Healthy Hair for over 14 years now for all my hair care needs. My hair always comes out looking its best every time I go in for an appointment. Marlena really takes the time to make sure my hair not only looks its best, but that it is healthy and clean, which I very much appreciate!
