My experience was awesome! Everyone is friendly and helpful, I'm terrified of the dentist and I will say after a few mins in the chair I became very relaxed for the first time ever at a dental office, my hygienist was very professional and did a great job cleaning my teeth, I can say I've found a dental office I will be visiting for years to come and I will highly recommend to anyone I come across!
I have been with Dr. Patel for over 15 years. I have followed him through 3 of his offices. He has the soft touch and is soft spoken. What I really like is the way he listens to what I have to say and hears when I am scared. He explains everything that he is going to do and lets me be part of the decision. Dr Patel makes me want to SMILE.
Dr Harish Patel and his staff are excellent and friendly. After neglecting my teeth for an extended time, I needed a lot of work done and time was running out on my dental insurance as I was getting ready to retire. Dr Patel fixed all my problems in time for the insurance, and far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.
I have been a patient at Fine Arts Dentistry for many years now, and I have to say that their customer service, commitment to care, and their professionalism are top notch. Recently I went in for a routine cleaning appointment, and the Dental Hygienist I saw, Amy, was very thorough in her examination. During the cleaning, she looked it over the incision site where a dental implant post was installed a few weeks earlier, and both she and Dr. Patel noted that it was coming along nicely and its healing process. In addition to the cleaning and examination of my teeth, I had to get some x-rays done, which went very smoothly.
