I had the BEST experience at this salon and have found my forever salon and hairdresser!! Ariana is the BEST and she made her work seem easy as she took me from brunette to copper orange in 2-3 hours! She’s amazing at what she does and I couldn’t be happier with my hair! I found it easy to open up to her and we spent the whole session talking and laughing! Her blowouts are what I live for along with her stylish beach waves. I got stopped on the street several times now with people complimenting my hair and I always refer them to Ariana at Estelle salon! The whole vibe of the salon is great everyone is super cool and nice and it’s a pleasant experience!!! Go to Estelle and ask for Ariana !!!
This was my second time visiting Estelle’s and once again I’m impressed. I will return for sure. More than satisfied with my hair. I am grateful to Orlinda(might not be the right spelling) she was very patient with me and my hair considering that i naturally have very dark and thick hair. The results gave me a lot of confidence and definitely trust the process.
I don't write reviews often but I had to write about my experience. The hair stylist Nina has been amazing. I am a man with curly hair and it is hard to find a barber that can give me a simple trim. Nina does an amazing job every single time I have gone to her over the last year. With reference photos, we have worked together to give me a look that I have been wanting for years with my hard-to-manage curly hair. 5/5
Estelle hair studio is the best out in Forest Hills! I had an incredible experience at this hair salon. They squeezed me into their busy schedule, and the staff was exceptionally nice. The ambiance was chic, the stylists were talented, and the service was luxurious. This salon is a must-visit for a top-notch experience.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON! I had a horrible experience at a salon in Toronto last year. My hair was left completely butchered (uneven, choppy and short layers). It looked like she cut my hair with her eyes closed. It was so bad that my friends and family told me to sue the salon. I went to another salon in the area and they tried their best to fix it without cutting too much off. It took almost a year and a half for my hair to grow back. During my trip to New York two weeks ago, I did some research and found great reviews on Estelle Hair Studio. I called and was able to get an appointment for the following day. I was very nervous walking into the salon… but just the greeting alone from the receptionist and Stella instantly made me feel comfortable. They were SO sweet and welcoming. In less than 30 seconds I was already in the chair. Stella listened to my traumatic haircut experience and was very reassuring and patient. She fixed my hair and gave me beautiful, subtle face-framing layers. She is TRULY an expert. She even gave me a hug before I left🥲 This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a salon. They treat their clients like family. I recommend Estelle Hair Studio to anyone who swore they wouldn’t step foot in another salon after a terrible haircut. Take a chance with them and I promise you will love your hair again.
