Every step of my visit was absolutely amazing! Making the appointment and checking in was quick and easy and the woman who did it was super nice and helpful to me while getting all the forms filled out correctly. The assistants and Dr. Jah explained every step and answered all the questions I had. The visit was thorough while still having a calm atmosphere! I’m beyond glad I came to Evergreen!
Dentist and hygienist were courteous and thorough in explaining everything. I left feeling much better and more informed about our oral health. My children loved the office and the friendly hygienist.
Excellent first time visit. I was greeted by name upon entering the office. Checked in, told were restrooms were and invited to have a snack. Appointment started ON TIME. A positive for me, you shouldn't have to wait for morning appointment. Dentist assistant friendly and personable. Dentist came in introduce himself and ask how they could make my visits personable for me, and what I wanted to achieve and receive. More ➕️s . First visit was very thorough. I look forward to new business relationship.
Always a great experience and staff. They listen to my concerns, answer my questions, do a great job cleaning, and I feel like they care. Also Brittney is the best and either takes notes or has a fantastic memory, but she always asks about things I talked about previously.
This is the first time I have been back since the transition to Dr. Jah and I was very impressed. The waiting room was updated, the communication before the visit was very detailed convenient and by text and email. I was on time and taken back right away Brittany was her usual professional self. More pictures and X-rays were taken. Dr. Jah was patient and complete in his exam. He took the time to find out about my concerns and history. A great bedside manner that seems to be rare. I highly recommend this practice.
