Sheavonne worked my sister's wedding in 2020, and when I got engaged in 2022, I knew who I wanted on my team. This was an incredible decision. I'm very organized and type-A, and she matched my energy and organization style. She surpassed my expectations, planned for the worst, and navigated such a busy day/weekend -- I live in FL, but got married in NY, so our timeline was interesting. Thank you doesn't even begin to express it. What an absolute dream!!
We just got married at the Wythe Hotel in Brooklyn, and Sheavonne, our wedding coordinator, was an absolute dream! From the moment we met Sheavonne, it was clear that she knew the ins and outs of the Wythe Hotel like the back of her hand. Her connection with the venue staff and all of our other vendors was simply amazing. It's like they all spoke a secret language that kept everything running as smooth as butter! She was always available, promptly assisting us with any questions or concerns we had. She had a cool, calm, and collected vibe that made us feel at ease during the entire planning process. On the big day, Sheavonne kept everything on track, and managed to make it all look so easy. She and her team were everywhere at once, making sure that every detail was perfect and that we were having the best day of our lives! If you're getting married at the Wythe Hotel (or anywhere, really) we highly recommend Sheavonne! She's a wedding superstar, and we can't thank her enough for making our day absolutely perfect!

We couldn't have asked for a better team to help us through the last month of wedding planning and day of coordination. Sheavonne and Sonille created the most detailed timeline for wedding day and made sure every detail was taken care of. I am a project manager and thought I was organized until I met Sheavonne's team. It's often said by a lot of couples that the wedding day goes by too fast or they were not able to enjoy the full day. That was not the case with us as we truly did not have to worry about anything. We were able to take in every single moment of the day and we are so grateful for Sheavonne and Sonille. Sheavonne's team coordinates many weddings at the Wythe Hotel and it was clear how well she knew the in-house staff and many of our vendors which made us feel calm and comfortable. We had a jam-packed timeline on wedding day and Sheavonne and her team made sure we were on time and was always ready to get us to the next part of the night. I didn't even have time to think about what was next or where her team was because they were always 2 steps ahead of me! I had the pleasure of having Sheavonne as my day of coordinator for my wedding at Wythe Hotel in December. Sheavonne is a fairy god mother. Anything that you can think of, anything that you need, she’s already one step ahead of you. If you want to have a relaxed and stress free wedding, Sheavonne is your person. Her professional, calmness, endless knowledge, and just all around great personality felt like an absolute gift. I can not recommend her enough, absolutely amazing!
