Waiting time is the worst in this office.. You wait forever and they don’t care… All they can do is change the time of appointment.. SERIOUSLY 😒… when you wait for and hour and a half respectfully.. they should respect your time too and do something about it.. not tell you to change the appointment to another date… When it comes to payments… they send you million bills asking for their money… they call forever to get their money… but when it comes to patient time they got nothing to do and can’t respect their time… Also if you call their phone forever they never answer their phone… the worst office ever… Oh and the appointment time changes… lets say you make an appointment at 9:00 am, they change it to 10:50 on their own… and you be surprised at arrival they changed your appointment time… The worst. Last but not least. They even change payment plans they give you… and all they say is oh sorry something wrong happened from our end and you still owe us $1000 dollars hahahaha very funny.
My First Visit To This Doctor’s Office Was Lovely & I Had No Problems. I Had An Appointment Today To Get 5 Cavities Filled & Was Inly Able To Get 4 Filled Because I Could Still Feel The Pain Even After Numbing Me 3-4 Different Times. I Stopped Them Immediately When I Felt Pain & Laura M Who Was Assisting Dr.Garba Was Very Rude & Wasn’t Trying To Understand That The Pressure I Was Feeling Wasn’t The Problem But The Fact I Felt Pain. Her Demeanor Was Very Non Empathetic & Needs Training On How To Talk To Patients. I Felt Very Uncomfortable & Unsafe With Someone Who Has An Attitude & Is Doing Dental Work In My Mouth. I Also Recorded My Visit Just In Case Incidents Like This Happens.
Don't even get close to them!! They shut down the other location because of the very bad reputation "Omni dental before". They have a big issue with their payment system and accounting!! They charged me $68 because of 2 years appointment old, they said I didn't show up for my appointment, I still paid it but unfortunately, I still receive the bill in my mail, no one here at the clinic can fix this issue, Doctor refuses to see me!! What surprises me it went to Debt collectors, I have the receipt, they are A MESS... They have no system established or accountant, so be very careful!! Edit: I am here at the clinic, having a conversation with another patient, she went through the same with them and her credit score was damaged because of them
Went in a little over a year ago for a back molar extraction. I was given two or three shots of anesthetic, but when the procedure was started, I could feel everything and I tried to expressed my pain. Instead of seeing if I was OK or offering more anesthetic, I was held down by three or more people while they ripped out my tooth. I was trying to scream and was showing obvious discomfort. I felt absolutely everything and I went into shock. I have had many severe body injuries and surgeries and have never felt such agonizing pain.Will not return.
Very clean office and professional, yet attentive caring staff. I felt very comfortable and at ease. I had a few incidents with a few other dentists that didn't go so well. One in particular that landed me in the Emergency Room straight from the dental chair. Needless to say, I became very skeptical, nervous and stressed about trusting another dentists with my dental care. I reached out to Dr. Strickland and expressed my concerns. She explained the process, alternatives and assurance that gave me the confidence I needed to move forward. In addition to me sharing my experience regarding the other dentists, not once did she say anything negative about them to make their office shine. Instead she focused on providing a solution and assurance. I can honestly say that I felt so relaxed that I was falling asleep and not from the numbing medicine. Anyone that knows me, know that I am super particular. I've been a patient for about 4 years. My experience has been great!!! I drive from Raleigh to the Greensboro office because of the comfort level of care I have received. I sincerely appreciate the staff and all the essential workers that are doing their best to assist us with our dental, physical and mental health. It's a lot to manage...especially in times like these. Many, many, many people in this country & others don't have these options or privileges. I'm sure Dental Suite isn't perfect at all times...they're human. But what I am confident about is, if there is an issue they will do their best to correct it if given the opportunity. I am truly grateful for Dental Suite's team and I applaud your continued efforts while risking your own health...especially in times like these. Thank you again.
