Picked up my wife's dresses. These folks do a very good job and are courteous. The price was good. I recommend.
Never had a bad experience with this establishment. Relationships are the building block that makes this business successful. I am always greeted with a smile or a handshake. My items are also completed in a timely manner and the prices are competitive enough to keep me coming back. I hope they are around a bit longer, as I notice a for sale sign on the front door. I will defiantly continue to use Deluxe Cleaners as long as they are around.
Breakdown in communication and lack of contact information makes for a unpleasant experience. I dropped my suit off early last week for pick up on Monday. (2April2018). However, I wasn’t informed that the business would be closed for the Easter Holiday. There was no sign outside the business last week and I wasn't told by the person who signed my ticket about the holiday. (The ticket itself says pick up Monday). I tried calling the store, no answer, and have failed to locate a manager’s number to see if there’s any way to get my suit.. SO, instead of being able to drive to D.C. tonight and save my suit for my interview tomorrow- I’ll be making the journey tomorrow morning in rush hour traffic and have a wrinkled suit from the 4hr drive. Awesome.
