My husband and I, had the pleasure of trying a few meals with this catering company. I have had Caribbean food in other state, but it was something different about the flavor of this food especially the meat, although the vegetables were cooked just right. The seasoning was not over bearing and it was presented in a very appetizing manor. We ended up going for samplings and booked them for our wedding. For anyone looking for something different and delicious you will be pleased. They looked very professional and provided what ever we needed for our big day. Thank you Creative Caribbean Catering
Absolutely delicious! We had this team cater our holiday party and everyone loved the food, we even had some dietary restrictions that were able to be met with complete ease. A great catering experience and will likely ask for their help again.
My husband and I catered from them and we were very impressed. Their jerk chicken was amazing(juicy and full of flavor)...the best so far. They were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them to people. We can’t wait to try their oxtails.
Not sure if this was a bad night, but we ordered the wings and could not finish eating them due to the spices. We have had Caribbean food before (Jamaica Jamaica) and this was not what we expected for Jerk chicken. Beans were under cooked, no flavor in the rice and wings were atomic hot in seasoning, no flavor. Customer service has a lot to be desired. Hope this was an off night.
This truck is at Bull City Cider today and the food was so yummy! The people are super nice and everyone should try it if you have not already!
