Family owned southern buffet style. Located on a golf course managed by one of the best cooks I know my auntie Ola Mae. 🙏🏿
I love the food especially the mac-cheese, mouth watering. Visited location last week 8/ 4/2022 order mac-cheese with one piece of chicken and roll, no dessert or drink (the large dividing was mac-cheese only not weighed either) my total 10.00 and some change. While waiting to be checked out another customer orders 3 sides one meat roll dessert and tea her order was 11.00 and some change, very strange. I did inquire if I would get dessert lady stated, because you waited for the food and check out sure. I visit location often, but the pricing this day was too much for amount of food I received, maybe next time I'll receive my money worth!
First of all let me explain how I came here. A bride that I know was considering having her wedding reception here & she asked me to take a look at the venue for her. Now, when I pulled up, it looked like a retirement community so I was totally confused. Anyway, the food was served school cafeteria style. I'm not sure who cooked that day but clearly they shouldn't have. We went when they opened at 11 so the food should have been fresh but certainly did not taste like it. The mac & cheese was a 7/10 & cold & everything else was terrible. The chicken could have cooked a lil longer, the serving of green beans is about 15 of them. The cornbread was dry & grainy. They don't want you to touch your plate, or the serving utensils in the food..but you get to the end of the bar & they have open desserts in a row that you are free to reach across & pick over🤔If you are gonna serve the food..serve the desserts as well..The decor was 6/10 & overall I got a feeling of..Why am I here?!🤦🏾♀️ I actually left & went to Zaxby's...
Best fried chicken around and excellent choices of salads and deserts! Buffet is a good value for what you get!!
