The lady at the reception was very nice and friendly. The medical staff was nice too. The only complaint was the wait time. Maybe become it was a lot of patients. Dr.Franco was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain to my 11 years old child how he's going to do the procedure. I definitely will recommend the practice.
Dr. Franco and his team are the Oral Surgery dream team! I had top, bottom, and chin jaw surgery in August 2022 and had an incredible experience. From consult to surgery and recovery, Dr. Franco and his team have been helpful, educational, and empathetic. They are always available to answer questions and engage in conversation. Melissa and Amber were so reliable throughout the process related to billing and recovery. But on top of it all, Dr. Franco made an intimidating surgery an actual breeze. I am almost 1 year post-op with greater mobility and no pain. Thank you team!
Went for 3 wisdom teeth extractions in one shot. Wisdom teeth issues in my 40's...never would've imagined! This experience exceeded my expectations in every single aspect. Like one previous reviewer mentioned, if you need to get wisdom teeth extractions done this is absolutely the place to go. From my 1st visit to the day of the procedure it was top notch service and professionalism across the board from everyone on site. I'm so glad I found this clinic to do my procedure. Special thank you to Dr Sarev Patel and his medical assistants that were in my treatment room. I felt in good hands the entire time. Thanks again!

We are very happy with the care received; from check-in, pre-op, surgery, to post-op, everyone was very nice, friendly, helpful, and caring. I love the fun and upbeat attitude of the front desk staff! That makes a huge impact! Dr. Franco did an outstanding job with my daughter’s surgery and he is very easy to talk to and always willing to answer questions. Amber was wonderful and helped us feel more comfortable throughout the process. And Leslie was her nurse through the surgery and she was great with explaining everything!
