I literally can’t say enough good things about Carolina’s Luxury Travel!! The owner Shana was with us from start to finish and addressed all of our questions and any worries promptly. She gave us plenty of resort options to choose from and gave us the scoop on the ones she has visited. We finally decided on Jamaica and she checked on us as soon as we got there and as soon as we were back stateside. Our trip was amazing, from the excursions to the service and atmosphere it was just what we were looking for and we would definitely like to return to the resort we went to! We are already planning to contact Shana to book another trip!
Firstly Shana is THE BOMB!!!! She planned a trip for my best friend and I to Montego Bay, Jamaica. This is was my first trip out of the country so you could imagine the feeling of nerves & anticipation. Shana made me feel so comfortable & confident throughout the entire process. She even explained uniforms our transportation drivers in Montego Bay for a clear transaction. We knew exactly who to communicate with because they were ready to greet us at the airport. She stayed in touch from the process of getting ready for the trip to reaching home after the trip/ Every trip/excursions, etc. I will always book with Shana!
Shana Is Amazing! ❤️ She Communicates Extremely Well & Is Always Their Even After Business Hours. We Had A Minor Mishap & Shana Jumped Right In & Assistanced No Questions Asked. I Would Definitely Recommend Booking With Her, I Turn 30 Next Year & Me & Her Are Already Discussing The Plan. You Definitely Won't Be Disappointed!
Shana is the bombdotcom!! She took great care of us throughout the entire process and during our trip to Jamaica. She made sure we understood everything, called and texted to check-in, and never left us hanging on questions. I will definitely be using her again!
So for my 30th birthday I wanted to do something with nice scenery and warm. Miami was the move! I gave Shana a price budget and she made it happen. The Airbnb was beautiful and the flight was surprisingly a great deal. Thank you Mrs. Shana ❤️
