Came in here for lunch on a weekday and though we’ve had food from here before, this was the first time we have visited to eat in. The previous time was via a delivery service. Walked in and there was no one there, yet they were opened. Waited a few minutes and then started yelling for someone, no one came. Waited a couple more mins and was about to leave when a guy came from the back, he said he was dealing with trash outside. A few mins later a lady came from the back too. If they were truly dealing with trash and there were two people working, perhaps one stay behind and mind the shop while one go deal with trash. He was friendly when taking our order and definitely put on gloves to go make our food. The items we ordered tasted great! They clearly have an interesting and unique menu and this is the second time we’ve tried their food and liked it both times. Inside, the place look disorganized and messy! I truly hope that they get their act straight as the reviews aren’t very positive and they clearly have management issues leading to these problems. They have so much potential! I’ll definitely return.
Take out trial sub. Classic Italian small. Place was fairly clean and counter staff attentive. Food is expensive compared to the multitude of other sub shops in the area. The sandwich was very dry and contained more lettuce than anything. The roll was tough. As this is a chain, it's very unlikely what I experienced will change. Make sure you get the ordering menu. It has the food listed but no pricing??? Why would you do that? Big push to order on the App. Nope. Not doing that either. 1st and last visit. *Note this review was completed without using ridiculous undiscriptive terms like out-of-bounds, OMG, on point, awesome, the bomb, yummy, delish, to die for, do your self a favor, trust me, etc.. Describe the food, service (or lack of) and provide details on the cost/copy of check and include pictures! Is the place clean? No disrespect to the employees but no one cares about the waiter/waitress names, or if they look like they fell face first into a tackle box. They get changed like underwear and you don't get to pick one. No we don't care about your allergies or the need for gluten free food. **If you see a Google review posted with just stars & no text, report it via the 3 dot selection adjacent to the review. Today was their opening day so I decided to stop in for lunch. All I can say is for claiming to be "Voted Greatest Sandwich in America" I was very underwhelmed. I first walked in and tried to order the Chicken Chipotle Crunch but was told that wasn't available due to not getting the chipotle sauce on the truck. I know it's not their fault but you shouldn't open on your first day not having the ingredients you need. After being told that I couldn't order the initial sandwich that I wanted, I ordered the Homemade Turkey sandwich and the Classic Meatball. The turkey sandwich was nothing to write home about. It's just a simple Turkey sandwich but instead of deli Turkey it's made with real roasted turkey. The meatball sub was a different story. It looked visually unappetizing. The sauce had very little flavor and the meatballs were under seasoned. Both of the breads on the sandwiches tasted cheap. They tasted like bread I could get at my local Walmart on the shelf. Service was slow as expected on the first day. I hope to give them another chance down the line.
Wanted to try somewhere new for lunch today. I was just driving around the grater garrisonville area and saw the Capriotti's sign. I wondered to myself, "how the hell pronounce that name?". After reflecting on that question for a while I decided to try a sammich from there. The employees were awesome and energetic. When I walked through the door tday shouted at me "WELCOME!!"I was startled engage foot a "AHhhhhhh!". Menue was decent, I got the italian large size. it was pretty good. Bread was fantastic. Wish I would have asked em to put spicy MUSTARD on my sammich. The tomatoes were too good, almost suspiciously good. They give out a 10% military discount too. Probably need to go back and try other things on their menu. Ok Bye
Capriotti's Sandwich shop left an unforgettable impression with their amazing Chicken Chipotle Crunch sandwich and outstanding service. The tender chicken and smokey chipotle sauce created a delightful flavor, accompanied by fresh lettuce and satisfying crunch from the frizzled onions. The polite and attentive staff made me feel valued, offering recommendations and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The inviting ambiance and impeccable cleanliness added to the overall enjoyment. Capriotti's dedication to quality ingredients and customer satisfaction is evident. They absolutely deserve a 5-star rating. I highly recommend trying their Chicken Chipotle Crunch sandwich for an incredible taste experience!
