Great driver, very friendly ! I was literally stranded and needed a ride. A trip that would've take me way over an hour he made 15 mins. He had another trip I had to wait til he finished but kept me informed and was very respectful.
Excellent service by Thomas of Bull coty cabs. Were stuck in an area with no cabs and Thomas answered the phone and quickly picked us. Clean car and very friendly.
Thomas arrived on time for the first trip; in leaving I made a reservation for the next day. On that day, shortly early, he called to confirm that I still needed a taxi. Then he arrived at the meeting place, also early. At the destination of that ride, I asked him to please wait a few minutes, in case my reservation there for a rental car was still being held. He waited patiently while I went inside and confirmed that my reservation for the rental car was still holding. I went out and thanked Thomas for waiting and for thus assuring that I would not be without a rental care and without a taxi!
I called Bull City to book a taxi to the airport very last minute as I was unable to secure an Uber. Thomas told me he will be 10mins and arrived on time. He was very reliable as I had no way to track if he was coming or not. Knowing I didn’t want to miss my flight, he took the quickest route and avoiding traffic to ensure I get there on time. I would recommend Bull City and make sure to book online.
Service was timely, friendly, and professional. Rescued and returned two stranded bikers with bikes to their car. I would not hesitate to call BCC again.
