One of the most uncomfortable and unpleasant customer experiences, I have had, in my life, and certainly the worst in my time in Boston. If I didn’t urgently need my passport picture redone, I would never have patronized this business. The individual who I interacted with for the photos was rude, dismissive, argumentative, intimidating in communication, and downright extremely unpleasant to do business with. Meanwhile other customers who came in and spoke the owner’s language were treated with courtesy and ‘familiarity’. Even more exceptionally odious, the individual who took my photo came from the restroom into the photo studio area zipping up his pants, while communicating directions to me. I could go on and on on how disgustingly unpleasant, odious, and disrespectful this entire experience was. I trust the offenders who read this review know who they are and who this patron was. And, I truly hope this wasn’t racial. You may have mistaken my lack of argument for acceptance, but it was more a safety issue, and a tactical choice. Don’t you ever disrespect someone who looks like me again.
Terrible terrible customer service and experience I regret ever stepping foot in this establishment. My daughter was turning 15 I went to make an appointment. Sad reality when the pandemic hit us so when they opened we went to go get refund cause we where not going to do a party anymore. They told us if we wanted different pictures we said no cause of the pandemic. We asked for our money back but they said they could only give us half of what we paid for as if it was our fault that there is pandemic going on.
