I called BLC and spoke to a stylist around 2:00 pm for a walk-in retwist… I have to take passport photos to renew my passport and my hairs a mess and I’m leaving for DC from NC in the dead of night. She said she could fit me in around 7:30. I call about 3 times at 7:40, on my way there and nobody answers the phone. Some random guy tells me she can’t get to me and I don’t even get the chance to speak with the stylist herself. Mind you it’s like 7:45 and the doors are locked although the site says they close at 9. Horrible experience.
Had my son's hair braided for the first time at BLC Gallery. He loved the results and so did his dad and I. We'll be going back to get my girls' hair done next.
I was referred to the shop by a friend of mine. I loved the work and quality of the styles i seen so i decided to start my lock journey. I called Saturday morning to get an appointment. I was told pricing and that she was busy with a client and would give me a call back. After waiting most of the day and not hearing back i give them a call back and was able to get a 6am appointment on monday as an accommodation being that i needed to be done by 11. Well here it is monday at 6:54am and no one has showed up yet. I have called multiple times and mailbox is full. I am extremely disappointed and inconvenience by the whole experience. Update: i did speak with someone and was made aware of the miscommunication. Looking forward to giving a second chance with a better experience
I had a great experience Malaka was very nice she did my hair beautiful I've had Lots of compliments and the juice bar oh my God delicious and the store is full of everything. I'm very satisfied.
I really enjoyed my experience at BLC Gallery. Malaika did a really good job with my locs. She was fast sweet and I felt super comfortable. I really appreciate her squeezing me last minute and treating me like a very valued customer. It really meant a lot to me. And on top of that I love love loved my hair! When ever I’m in the Raleigh area this is where I will be getting my hair done. She is awesome ❤️
