The customer service was decent for the most part, but my dress came out terrible. Terrible to the point where I was refunded half of my money because it could not be fixed. I waited for hours almost until 1am in the morning in the parking lot, along with another customer that was also upset about his order. After waiting for my dress to be completed, it still was not done on time, or correctly. I had to doctor the dress up myself because I needed to wear it for a wedding that I was in the next day. The lady was nice about it, but I believe that she bit off more than she could chew as far as timing. She had too many orders on top of mine. The key is to say I don't have time to complete this order before hand.
CUSTOM MADE BABY TU TU!! Tiffany has such a big heart and an even BIGGER vision when it comes to creating. I asked her to create something cute for my baby’s upcoming photo shoot. I didn’t give her much direction but I was very pleased with the final product!!! I received so many compliments! Thank you so much!! Also she completed this request in less than a week AND mailed it out to me next day. Customer service was PHENOMENAL.
I WENT INTO THIS AMAZING ESTABLISHMENT TO INQUIRE ABOUT GETTING MY BIRTHDAY DRESS MADE.. AND FROM START TO FINISH SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.. PROFESSIONAL.. QUICK RESPONSES WHEN WE TALKED OVER MESSAGES.. SHE WENT OVER AND BEYOND TO PLEASE ME (and I’m difficult to say the least 😂) BUT SHE MADE A BEAUTIFUL DRESS ON TIME AND BETTER THAN I PICTURED IT AND HELPED ME MATCH MY JEWELRY…I WOULD RATE THIS BUSINESS 10/10 AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Tiffany recently created a beautiful blanket using my grandmother’s clothing and I am so grateful for all the care and respect Tiffany used while handling my grandmother’s clothing! This blanket is one of my most prized possessions now thanks to Tiffany and Bella Te Couture!
