Most amazing cheesecakes we have ever had. Well worth the price. So decadent and delicious that it’s special enough to be a birthday or anniversary request between my spouse and I. This is after one order from AJ’s. The tiramisu has an excellent crust, the bake on the cheesecake is really good. Light and fluffy and captures the flavor of tiramisu without being tiramisu. It’s kind of sour which I like. The tiramisu on top is amazing. If it could possibly make the cheesecake better it definitely does. 15/10 cheesecake. There are so many great option for vegans, it is impossible to find a vegan cheesecake anywhere and this one was amazing on top of being available in a number of flavors. We tried raspberry vegan and it did not disappoint. Light, fluffy, excellent and most satisfying tang — really refreshing in hot months but I’d eat it year round! Lastly we tried the mixed fruit. Once again, amazingly light, well baked. The fruit pairing is ingenious and complements the cakes perfectly. Very fresh, tropical fruit flavors — what an Orange creamsicle aspires to be. All in all, everything was amazing. Do not sleep on AJ’s, they’re absolutely fantastic and my spouse and I cannot wait to explore more of the menu next time!
I picked up a Vegan Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake at Triangle Vegfest in Durham. It was delicious! It was very smooth and creamy. The crust was salty and sweet. There were real strawberries in the cake too. I loved it and want to try other flavors!
My son bought a strawberry cheesecake for Mother's Day and I must say it was DELICIOUS! We will be back. He also bought a chocolate one but I didn't even get a bite lol
I tried AJ’s New strawberry shake and strawberry crunch cheesecake. They were deliciously flavorful. My taste buds are very satisfied!!! I loved them both! The owner is so polite and and have great customer service. I look forward to my next visit. 😋❤️
My partner and I were gifted one of AJ's strawberry cheesecakes from my sister-in-law and our experience is best summarized as simply "WOW!" Neither of us are fans of cheesecake and yet this dessert had our fighting to control a mutual urge to eat it in one sitting before dinner. It is truly the pinnacle of its form - all other cheesecakes wish they were this good.
