Went to get a ticket to Egypt. Was told there is no tickets for the same day on saudi airlines or Lufthansa and the only tickets available is business class over $2500 for one way , Left the office, opened my phone , searched the internet and got a ticket for $850 to Egypt on saudi airlines same day... what a surprise!
Liars! Stay away! "Muslims" looking to victimize other Muslim brothers. I went to get an umrah package and regret it totally! Muhammed Marmash is the worst person you can deal with. He lied and chaged my hotels on me while i was on the trip! When i called to refund my money for the unauthorized change, he F bombed me and hung up! This is a man that wouldnt put my passport on the table without saying "bismillah" then cursed me at hung up on me when I needed his help. I asked to speak to a manager before he hung up and he wouldnt let me. Extremely unprofessional place. Horrible customer service. Complete scum bag

Worest place ever, poor customer service. It looks like you are asking them a favor when u get there to get a service. It tooks them one hr to get me a ticket and 7 months to get cancelation refund. This place is No No....
