I was 2.5 hours away from home when my car broke down. Had to have my car towed at 9pm and this was the only shop open in town per Google. Arrived at this repair shop with tow truck and William came outside not too happy that he didn’t speak to anyone beforehand. I explained that I did call beforehand and got no answer. Being that I lived out of town and could not afford $900+ to get the car towed home because my insurance company only covered 12 miles (which I did not realize). Needless to say I was having an extremely bad night. He immediately assisted tow truck driver being that my car would not go into neutral, it was a task getting it off the bed without damages to my vehicle. Yes! I WAS NERVOUS THE ENTIRE TIME. The car was released from truck without any damage to it but the tow truck damaged Mr. William’s yard. He was only concerned with my car and not his yard. I felt bad. Mr. Williams explained that he had another repair that he was working on that night but he would do a diagnostic for me to see what was going on. I think in all we were there for about 2 hours or so and he was very patient and professional the entire time. I had some family members with me and he welcomed them inside so that they may wait comfortably. Mr. Williams took his time with diagnostics and printed me a invoice of the codes found. Being that I explained to him that I had just had new parts installed 4 months ago for the exact codes given, he suggested that the other shop do the repair because it is probably still under warranty. Mr. William gave his time and recommendations all free of charge and also did not charge me a diagnostic fee. I cannot say enough that if you ever experience any mechanical issues with your vehicle , please don’t hesitate to give #1 Auto Surgeon a call. Mr. William I would like to say thank you again!
I'm from out of town, I've called maybe 40+ business looking to have a throw out bearing replaced and even though our schedules didn't line up due to them being booked 2 weeks, the shop just stood out differently in a great way. They would without a doubt earn my money over any other shop around. Professional, Personable, Knowledgeable, and Honest. I'll definitely do business with this place on all future vehicle repairs

He came to my home worked on the car. Later that day the car left me stranded with my 2 fur babies. I called his # & it went to vm. I thought he would never call me back. I was panicing. In just a few mins. he called and was back to my rescue. He was there about 3 hours detemined he was going to keep me safe. I was happy but concerned about the cost. He had to leave to buy parts. When he finished, he followed me home bc it was late. He wanted me to feel safe. Who does that?!? The Auto Surgeon! I recommend him ladies. It shouldn't be like this but I feel like the world has made it this way. I am a w/f christian. He was nothing but a profession man of color an a christian. I detest when people are judged before an opportunity. HE DESERVE A CHANCE. Trust me YOU WILL BE BLESSED! Thank you William Baker the #1 Auto Surgeon
