So much fun that you forget it’s a workout. The hip hop music, neon lights, and disco stage all give major rave vibes. The instructors are all so nice and there’s no judgement - you can go all out or modify steps if needed; there’s even some people who freestyle and just vibe the whole time. Even if you have no rhythm (like me), you’ll still have a great time and burn a lot of calories doing it. They even host special events like a free Christmas party dance event where they spoil the members with yummy cupcakes, fruit, and sandwiches. What a gem in the Gahanna community.
Quite literally my favorite place in Columbus. The vibes of this place are incredible. Everyone is so friendly and all of the instructors are amazing. Come on in and I promise you you’ll have a great time no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Coming here feels more like a party than a workout, but I assure you that you will sweat if that’s your intention. Major kudos to the owner Kenya for creating such a magical place.
Soooo welcoming! My teen and I NEVER danced together before but we chose here for fitness purposes. We both struggle with diabetes and was just looking for common ground! We most definitely found it here! All shy people welcome, I promise!!

This is a workout, but you'll have so much fun, you won't even realize you're working, and the instructor brings so much energy. This will definately be my go to whenever I'm in Columbus!
