Short version: They are quick to rush you into the chair without checking your hair, or really getting the details about the haircut you want. They will reassure you they are professionals to make sure you sit in the chair and take the cut just so they can charge you at the end. Don't go here. I walked in with long hair reaching the middle of my back, and my shoulders in the front. I came prepared with photos of shorter haircut styles asking if it was possible for them to do this hair style for me based on the composition of my hair. They barely took at a glance at the photos, and didn't even check to see the composition of my hair to at least assess if it was possible. But they were quick to get me into the chair and reassure me that they could do it. I kept asking the whole time I was in that chair and showing them the pictures "Are you sure you can do this? My hair is quite different to cut." They told me not to worry that they were professionals and knew what they were doing. So I took their word for it on blind faith. A few moments later the lady cutting my hair who could barely even understand what I was saying by the way, never once looked at the photos, never actually checked my the composition of my hair just began cutting away. Before I knew it my hair had been absolutely ruined. By the end of it they tried to reassure me that the hair looked good, that it was fine, but I knew better. They messed up my hair badly, this is possibly the worst haircut I've ever had. My long hair is now gone, and my hair is a mess. I can't even comb or brush it into any style because of how poor of a job they did. I am never going to this place ever again and I am never recommending this place to anyone. My hair has absolutely been ruined and it will take months and months to grow back out.
This is my new favorite place to go for my hair cut I tell them what I want and they are able to do it perfectly and better I always leave with a smile. great customer service as well if your in the area definitely recommend going
Been coming to Royal B&B for almost a year now and they are fantastic! Ms. Kim and Ms. Jackie are incredibly professional and quick. My hair is very challenging to cut because of my juxtaposed cowlicks. They are the only two I know that have been able to tame my often wild hair! Thank you for the wonderful experience every time my wife and I come in; we'll continue to work with you indefinitely.
I’ve been going here for a while and I love everyone who works here. The ladies that run the store are very welcoming and know their craft very well. I never got a bad cut from here. I go for a haircut ever 3-4 weeks and love my cut every time.
Standard to substandard. Prices increased; can't blame supply chain or inflation. I have tried to justify to myself too many excuses for their poor quality and results. Won't return. Only positive: hot towel.
