I started going to Dr. Poole 30 years ago with my parents. I know go with my children for the last 10 years. We have never had any dental issues and I’m appreciative of that. We love Dr. Poole as he’s great as a dentist, good with entertaining kids, and provides insightful information. They have recently hired a couple new dentists whom my children said they enjoy as well. Truly a great dentist office and great staff to match.
Best visit to a dentist EVER! Massage chairs that were great for relaxing me and honestly distracting me from the noises while getting my teeth cleaned. I forgot her name but the woman who did my cleaning was very sweet and made me comfortable. Dr.Poole was nice as well. It felt like family and extremely glad I decided to make an appointment here.
The services provided are done professionally and Dr. Poole is an excellent Dentist. However the only reason I cannot give 5 stars is due to the wait time. My appointment was scheduled for 11am and I was on time, however I wasn't called back until 11:30 am and all the patients that came in after me were called back before me. The front desk person said she would check to see what was going on at 11:20 am and she came back to and said I would be called back soon which took another 10 minutes. After being taken back to a room it was another 10 minutes before the hygienist began working with me. If as a patient I came in 30-40 mins late for my appointment more than likely I would have to reschedule. As a result of the delay I returned to work late and had to take PTO. My basic teeth cleaning appt was scheduled for 11am and I left the office at 12:40pm. The service is great but the time management not so much.
I really enjoyed my visit. Stacy is very personable and pronounces my name correctly every time. I jokingly tell her not to retire ever. I’ve been going to Dr. Poole since I was young and he has always been professional and relatable. The office team is great as well.
Very clean and welcoming dental office. All the staff I meet was nice and pleasant. Thank you for allowing me to come for an emergency dental visit. My crown in the front of my mouth came out during dinner. I call early morning and the set me a appointment for the same day. Thanks so much. Lisa
