Al with StarGaze Vacations Inc is an amazing travel agent. He goes the extra mile to make sure you’re happy with your travel arrangements. We had a little difficulty booking some excursions on our Dubai trip. We called Al and he was able to get some clarification and resolved the issue. I book my travels through StarGaze because of Al and his amazing customer service. I want to provide an update and give Al additional kudos for superb customer service. I called Al asking for assistance with my return flight from Dubai because Air France kept changing our seats. I also expressed an upgrade in seating because Air France airplanes economy plus type seats were still small with no legroom for a 6’2 male. Al was able to get everything done and confirmed upgrade to business/first class and it was well worth the money for two six plus hour flights. Thank You Al and I have added a few more pictures from my trip.
Absolutely amazing, hands on service and such attention to detail. Not just another salesman pushing some useless vacation on you. They really care and are constantly making sure that you get big bangs for your buck. They treat you like family and for that they forever have my business.
