This food is so delicious. They make everything by the order so there is no food just sitting under a heat lamp all day. I got the chicken and rice, plantains, and ginger juice. Delicious!! The staff is also pleasant. I recommend calling ahead if you want something like lamb, fufu, or fish.
We were driving around for a good local spot and stumbled on this place based on reviews. In a questionable part of town, but definitely worth it. We got the Kk beef, whole fried tilapia, and lamb and rice and would order the same thing again. It was SO good. Didn't know what KK is but it's some sort of noodle- my husband LOVED it. The lamb was fall apart and so tender. The fried fish was seasoned well. We went around dinner time so it was a little hectic, but that's how you know it's authentic lol. Spent $46 for our meal and it was a great deal, big portions. Their menu was very large, had probably 60 items, something for everyone. Would definitely recommend.
I come to Ohio to visit my girlfriend and I found this little gem. The staff is beyond friendly and the vibes in the restaurant are awesome. The food is amazing and fresh. I got the chicken and rice and they added some special sauce to it it was amazing. The portion size is huge definitely could’ve made two meals out of it but I couldn’t stop eating. They have three special drink choices all of which I tried and they all were amazing. African koolaid, Mango smoothie and pineapple ginger My personal favorite was the Pineapple ginger juice. Everyone seems to enjoy the chicken quesadilla and that is what I will try next time. Next time I come out to Ohio I will be coming back!
I love coming here. Everyone is friendly and don’t mind explaining the menu items for you. I got the salmon and rice platter and I don’t regret getting it. Not my first time and definitely not my last. Kudos!
Randomly was getting my window fixed and stopped by, Food flavor definitely on point. So far ive purchased half and half chicken and then lamb. Lamb defs my fav so far but too many bones so slightly a turn off having to eat with bones. Still worth it. Good price Location is next to a gas station. Service is pretty quick. Staff is cool. No issues on my part. Took food to go. Probs defs would never dine in , lowkey sketch area lol
