Reinaldo recently catered a meal for my worksite and it was absolutely fantastic! He was easy to work with, prompt and professional, and the food was so good! He served over 100 people the most delicious brisket, pulled pork, baked beans, corn on the cob, coleslaw, and more and all of it was delicious! In fact many of my coworkers said this was the best food we have ever had catered! I agree, I cannot wait to have Reinaldo back again for lunch soon!

Reinaldo catered for our company luncheon. BBQ style. Hands down thee best brisket I've ever had. Tender. Juicy. Flavorful. The pulled pork, delish. I can go on and on!! Super nice. Customer service is A1. you will not be disappointed!
Many thanks for such a wonderful evening on Sunday! Excitement and anticipation is something that is rare these days but that's what I feel when I'm about to be treated to a meal cooked by Chef R. Kearse. The food was so delicious. Chef R. Kearse menu combinations are always enticing and his presentation is exceptional. The night began with amazing stuffed crab shrimp followed by his memorable crab cakes and lastly a meal included a mouthwateringly delicious lamb chop dinner. No cuisine is a challenge for Chef R. Kearse however and I am already planning my next foray with friends to sample his 2023 cuisine!
Chef R Kearse is the most amazing chef by far!!! I hired Chef R Kearse to be our surprise personal chef for my babes birthday. This was the most amazing experience EVER. I was referred to him by my brother and this was theee absolute BEST referral ever! He came and transformed my place into an upscale restaurant with the chef set up in the kitchen and dining room. It looked amazing and felt amazing to see the biggest smile on my loves face. I am a foodie soooo I LOVE and know good food and when I tell you he makes some bomb food. Our menu for the night was first for the appetizer (stuffed shrimp and bacon wrapped shrimp, then 2 personal entrees of your choice (2 delicious crab cakes, asparagus, and mashed potatoes and for my babe (Lamb chops, Brussels sprouts , and mashed potatoes), he served us champaign and topped off the desert with a homemade strawberry cheesecake. Whewwwww! Chef R Kearse has Excellent service, is very detailed, patient, passionate, personable and understanding! He’s such a dope person and I can’t wait to have another amazing experience with him again! He’s definitely going to be blowing up veryyyyy sooon and I can’t wait for the world to be able to have the Chef R Kearse Experience!!!
