I usually do not give these type of ratings but I did not like the way they gave me the run around with scheduling my dental appointments. Constant rescheduling, and cancellations. The communication was poor, after a while they no longer accepted my insurance. No type of accommodation for the inconvenience or No heads up or nothing. Just removed me as a client with no routine dental care. This does not reflect the work of the Doctor but the lack of communication.
My experience with Odex Dental was the bomb .com!!!! I was soooo 😌 relaxed. James made sure of that. The Dr. was nothing but amazing. Can't forget the awesome Receptionist. I would recommend anyone to come and experience for yourself. I promise you wont be disappointed. Hands down the best!!!!
Extremely professional Dentist with an amazing & attentive staff. Definitely will be returning for my dental care needs. Dr. O handled my extraction with minimal pain involved.
Worst office and doctor yet. Tried calling for 2 days about them taking $1000 from my account with no answer. Don't go here, it's a big scam and they will be reported.
I enjoy every visit I take to their office they’re funny and energetic and make you feel extremely comfortable shout out to my favorite dental assistant jay for taking great care of me during my appointment.. Love you guys Thank You!
