Was running late to my appointment and Chris was understanding and still spent an hour helping me pick out a custom suit and shirt. I’ve had issues with custom suits in the past and Chris took the time to listen to my concerns and help me pick out a suit/use measurements that would avoid similar issues. Highly recommend Chris and this location, great experience!
As others have said, not the quality you should expect out of a "custom made" suit. My suit arrived from China (that's where it's getting made by the way) wrinkled and the fit was ok at best. Arms were very large and it did not sit right on my shoulders. I ended up having to go elsewhere to have my "custom suit" tailored! I got a better fitting suit off the rack from men's warehouse they tailored for me and had ready in a week. Save your money.
I regret ever walking into Indochino. I have had to have my suits altered 5-6 times because the pants were at first too tight and then remade too baggy, and it’s just been a nightmare. After all the effort, I have two suits that don’t fit all that well still (I’ve given up going in to have them altered) and feel and look cheap (shipped straight from Dalian, China).
Similar experience to many of the other reviews here. Got a suit fitted here in May, upon receiving the suit it clearly does not fit--massive collar gap and far too tight in the back, overall very box-y. Went to try to get an appointment to get it fixed, there isn't an appointment available until next month and all of those are during my work hours--there's literally no availability outside of M-F 9-6 for MONTHS. They apparently don't do refunds which was not made clear to me before I purchased the suit. I feel very taken advantage of and regretting ever having even considered purchasing a suit here.
The staff were very detailed in asking what we were looking for in the type and look of the inter- jacket lining. The style of the lapel, types of button and much more. The fitting and measuring did not take long you asked your opinion on every detail all the time. The staff pleasant and professional as they help you find and get the quality your are paying for.
