The staff was very friendly and understanding, (I was in great pain when I arrived). They were very attentive to my needs. Dr. Lesueur was the best! He had a nice soft touch but it still gave the impression of confidence and skill. I have no dental insurance and there was even contingencies for that and I did not feel at all downgraded because I had no insurance. The closest thing to a negative was that the prescription I was given was computer generated and Ohio law requires "wet ink" signatures on prescriptions so I was delayed a bit at the pharmacy as a result. Overall, I would rate the entire practice at the highest level and recommend anyone who needs a dentist to choose Lesueur Family Dental.
Scheduling an appointment here was so easy! They also call and text you to remind you of your appointment. The location is new and very clean. All the staff greet you with a smile and are super friendly and make you feel comfortable.
Very happy with this office. Everyone super nice and professional. Dr Lesueur very nice and took time to explain everything. They were able to squeeze me in same day and also quick turnaround time for a crown! Definitely recommend!
I had to change dentist, due to a change of coverage. I did not know what to expect ... my experience was totally positive. I was treated with respect and the staff in general was courteous. The most outstanding part of the visit; Dr..Lesueur was very knowledge. I would highly recommend.
Dr. Lesueur and staff were very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. For the work I had done, it was virtually painless. The doctor explained the procedure before he started and before you know it, he was done!!!! Nothing but high praise for him and his staff!!!
