Haven’t been to the dentist since before Covid and my grandmother recommended me to this practice. It was very easy setting up the appts and they sent text reminders which I LOVED!! Everyone who works there is always friendly and knowledgeable when I had questions. One the ladies in the front helped me tremendously by reaching out to my insurance multiple times for them to pay for a procedure. She went above and beyond for me. Thank you for advocating for your clients. Definitely recommend to anyone who is needing a GREAT dentist.
I appreciate this dental office so much. Reception is kind and warm. The hygienists I’ve met were thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. I’ve seen Dr Swope the most and she is always efficient and makes great conversation. It’s always a good patient experience coming here. I recommend this practice to pretty much anyone in the area.
I love the environment! The staff is super friendly! Dr. Swope and her staff have been taking care of my teeth for years. You can't find a better dentist.
My experience with Kingdom Family Dentistry has been nothing but amazing!!! Within the past year I have had my teeth cleaned, a crown put in, fillings replaced, a snore guard (yes it works), and a partial! The staff is friendly and very efficient. I was able to schedule appointments quickly that fit my schedule. I recently threw my partial away by accident and called Kingdom Family Dentistry for a replacement. I was scheduled for and appointment the next day. Faye gave me details on the cost of the replacement, Chris contacted the manufacturer to see if my impression was still on file (to help with the cost of the partial) and it was!!!!! Dr. Swope came in to see me (as always) and talked to me about the importance of keeping my partial in (lesson learned). Thank you all for always providing the best care and treating me with kindness!!! You all are the best! Renetta
Arrived 0930 for a 0945 appointment. Welcomed at front desk & invited to have a seat. Within minutes a DA called my name & escorted me to a computer desk & chair where I’d complete initial paperwork. Courtney, as I later found her name to be, facilitated online signing of documents & lead me to the interior of the practice. Courtney is professional, knowledgeable, & skilled in the performance of her assigned task. Completing a full set of X-rays seamlessly and in short order. Dr. Swope appeared shortly thereafter introducing herself. I did not like to news I was given, nor the planned treatment. I do respect the straightforward courteous manner it was shared. You immediately know once stepping in their practice, they are about business & know their business well. Looking forward to seeing them take care of this old man’s dental 🦷 issues… updates to follow.
