My recommendation for anyone who decide to use Its So Beautiful LLC with Ms. Kenyutta be there to over see the set-up in order to get exactly what you requested. I recently utilized Ms. Kenyutta services from Its So Beautiful LLC. I was very dissatisfied with the decor she provided because she did not execute my vision even though i specifically requested certain type of colors. I met with her in person on 3 separate occasions (the initial consultation, contract payment and to view the venue). The colors i wanted were green and gold for a hot air balloon theme girl baby shower, i provided two balloon garland kits with those same colors. The day of my shower Ms. Kenyutta decided to decorate the venue with what SHE had. She used sky blue and white balloons as a part of the decor and did not utilize the balloon garland kits as a background display and had cake and cupcake toppers with pink, blue and gold. My guests were confused on whether i was having a girl or boy due to this and her own son admitted the next day during the breakdown to the same confusion when he assisted with the setup. During the shower when questioned, Ms. Kenyutta stated the venue ceiling was low as a reason for not setting up the balloon display. There was no contact to notify me to work on an alternative solution and we have been in constant contact via phone and text prior to the shower. After the shower Ms. Kenyutta apologized for my dissatisfaction and initially refused to provide a monetary refund but later agreed to refund me for the balloon garland kits i provided ($40.00). She also attempted to guilt me by stating she went over budget at least $200 for the shower, the payment was $324.00. That was a blatant lie because she was pretty much stating she worked for free and no business operates on a deficit or in the negative. The only aspect i liked were the covers and arrangement for the chairs and tables.
