FINALLY! Three therapist offices later, I figured to try just one more time, and my intuition was correct. I simply needed to find the perfect fit, and this was it🙌🏾…Friendly, down-to-earth, and genuine staff in a clean and relaxing establishment. I feel able to express myself without fear of judgment with my therapist. I have been coming here for over three years. I hope this helps your ability to choose this excellent black-owned business... 🥰
I absolutely LOVE my counselor Jummy. She's one of the kindest people I've ever met and I look forward to every session! I really hate that I have to see her every 2 weeks instead of weekly due to scheduling issues but I wouldn't rather see anyone else! Highly recommend this wonderful establishment if you're looking for online counseling and only have medicaid!
Me husband and I, and our children all see therapists in some capacity at inspired purpose, they are an amazing group of women who really help make life better. Special shout out to Leora, she is one of the most beautiful spirts I have ever met she is so understanding and every time I have left session with her I have felt so happy. Leora really is the definition of what a Good Therapist should truly be. She has a gift.
Slightly unprofessional experience. I wanted to choose this place because it's black owned. I called twice (no answer), left one voicemail, and asked via email if I could receive a call back and whomever I was speaking with via email didn't care enough to do so. I had a few questions and felt like I was bothering them. I also was not able to choose my counselor. I've decided to go elsewhere.
This experience was extremely unprofessional . The therapist was late to 2 sessions and had the audacity to want to charge us a fee for cancellation. What kind of business barely even answer their text emails or phone calls an also is late to appointments... we chose this because it is black owned .. this wasn’t what we were expecting from this company ..
