I have been going to Hot Smile for 15yrs. In my opinion it the best dentist offices in Ohio. Great doctors who actually care about there patients. The work they have done with my teeth and gums is phenomenal! I have and will recommend this dental office to anyone!
Hot Smiles was a very pleasant experience and will be my ONLY dentist office I go to. Everyone was professional and the office is clean. I but my full support behind Hot Smiles and I recommend their services to all!
My visit today with Dr. Wilson went very well. She calmed my fears and took her time explaining the process to me. Both Drs. Wilson and Brooks have treated me with great care including Alexis. Hot Smile Dental is the best!
Amazing office! The staff is gracious and welcoming, very clean facilities, and there isn't usually any wait time to get in to see someone. It's also a local and Black-owned business so supporting it is a great investment in the community.
9-6-23: **The purpose of the post was not to glean monetary satisfaction, but to be informative of the bullish behavior of the employer that was experienced at this office.** Original Post 9-4-23: Would give -Zero stars if available! This office won't pay employees for hours worked or the contracted minimum even though all necessary paperwork was completed. Dr. Wilson refused to return phone calls to the referring agency or pay the referral fee even though under contract. Dr. Wilson was so unprofessional she wouldn't talk to anyone, but opted to utilize the front desk person, Felicia, who didn't know what was going on. She would only parrot what Dr. Wilson told her. Felicia was very kurt in all of her responses the entire time being in the office. It is clear the regular employees in this office are very passive. Dr. Wilson was very rude to her regular assistant as well. While she was administering anesthetic to a patient, she needed more and yelled very loudly 2xs to her assistant "I need anesthesia!" The assistant was down the hallway in another room. The irony is that the anesthesia drawer was Right beside the doctor's knee which she could have easily accessed herself! After 20+ years working as a healthcare traveler, in diverse areas of skill, I have never written a review, but this was necessary. The experience at this office was a hot mess. Given the information found on their website, it is unbelievable that a minority owned business would present themselves in this manner especially to a colleague in the field. In terms of equity, take note to read the cancellation policy of this office compared to other offices in the field because this is not the norm citywide.
