Dr. Davis provides a level of service like no other. When was the last time a Dentist cleaned your teeth? Such a wonderful person to work with.
The only reason I am giving a rating of 1 is that I can't give a zero. My wife, Cathy, of 45 years is very sweet and regardless of how bad her experience was, would never say a cross word about anyone. Me, I'm different. My wife joined the group plan which was $400.00. After her cleaning, the owner, Ms. April Davis, told her that she had cavities and the dental cost would be nearly $1,100. My wife decided to get a second opinion. After the new dentist performed a check-up, complete with x-rays, no cavities were found. My wife called Ms. Davis and offered to provide the new x-rays so that she could get her $400.00 back, minus the cleaning cost. Ms. Davis told her that it was non-refundable. She added that even if it was refundable, the x-rays and cleaning would have amounted to $399.00. (I'm just happy that Ms. Davis doesn't own our local auto repair shop.) Parker Hanson P.S. Dr. Davis and her staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The office is very clean and comfortable. They are even great with my kids! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist for themselves or their whole family!
Dr Davis is a wonderful dentist and person! We had a great experience at our appointments, and my kids enjoyed getting their cleaning. She was patient and kind and explained everything to us. I highly recommend her to anyone or any family looking for a dentist. She also offers a few in house plans to save money if you are self pay. I highly recommend Gracious Smiles!
I cannot say enough good things about this office!!! I'm terrified of the dentist and stopped going for many years due to anxiety. I was super nervous coming here but after a cleaning and two cavity fillings, I can 100% say this was the best, pain-free experience I have ever had. The exam that goes along with the cleaning is super comprehensive and prices are very reasonable. The cavity filling was 100% pain-free, and super quick! I'll definitely be coming here regularly from now on.
