I was scheduled for a virtual first session with dr Purcell. No call, no email, not a word from them. Have called the office 5 times now and no answer. What a sad display of care for people seeking help. I won't be attempting to reschedule.
They have great therapist, but they are very unprofessional and mostly unavailable. My therapist scheduled 8 sessions with me and was only available for 2 of them. All session were over the phone and most were canceled within an hour of the appointment. Even one of my appointments she canceled and rescheduled for the next day she canceled within 10 minutes of the appointment. Overall very disappointed.
Really beneficial experience. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
