Complete disregard about having neighbors. Create space always hosts sketchy and loud parties. I have seen people shooting up (heroin or whatever it is) right behind my house - which happens to be 50 feet away from Create Space.
Create space in an Artist and creator space that promotes a posstive and safe environment for all peoples and personalities. I have encountered many brilliant artists, both talkative and reclusive, who have set up studios, kitchens, record labels, production facilities, and a myriad of other facilities in this space. If you are looking to work among some of the hidden gems of Richmond Virginia, consider hosting your next project at Create Space in RVA.
