Dr Mark is a very kind person he knows that I hate coming yo the dentist ( my issue it’s not him) but he always puts me at ease. The whole staff is very polite as well.
An enjoyable experience overall. Went for consultation. The front desk clerk and assistant were friendly, helpful, and professional. Dr. Bronson treated me as though he’s known me forever. Very personable and professional. He thoroughly explained my options and even had props on hand to further explain. Would highly recommend.
Dr. Bronson and his staff is very professional and friendly. Being that we are new patients to his practice. We were very skeptical. Dr. Bronson and his staff made us feel as if we have been there for many years. Also our teeth look like we have a million dollar smile. The stains I’ve had on my teeth from coffee etc.,. They’ve removed them and I’m in everyone’s face smiling again. I highly recommend them. So what are you waiting for. Give them a call but don’t cut into my appointment time. I need my million dollar smile.
I have been going to this dentist for as long as I can remember. Dr. Mark Bronson is a great dentist, but I cannot say the same for his unprofessional receptionist. I called last Thursday to make an appointment for my chipped tooth and got sent to voicemail I am assuming they were on lunch so no biggie I scheduled it as a emergency on their extension line. I received a callback but I sent it to voicemail because I was still working. On my lunch break I returned the call and spoke with the receptionist about my chipped tooth. She scheduled my appointment in a timely fashion and everything was great. On the day of my appointment I arrived on time and was told that I was not on the schedule this week or any weeks in the future. I replayed the voicemail and said whoever left a voicemail this is the person I spoke to. She said that it was indeed her on my voicemail but she doesn’t remember speaking with me . The rude receptionist question me as if I called the wrong number or never spoke to her at all, I was appalled! No apology no nothing just telling me that I must have called the wrong dentist. Not possible this is the only dentist I go to… I will not be back I live 45 minutes from this office this is the office I know and I’ve chosen to attend since I was a kid I am upset that I have to leave Dr. Bronson but this is unacceptable.
Dr. Mark Bronson and his staff are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They make you feel very comfortable and safe throughout your visit. You can really be yourself when you're there too. A bonus for me is that my kids really enjoy coming here. Thank you Dr. Bronson and staff, for taking great care of us. I hope everyone who reads this post chooses your office for their dental needs.
